I was deeply disappointed with my stay. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, leaving me with little to no sleep. The harsh sheets made the experience even worse, as I struggled to relax.

Where it excels and where it fails

The hotel location is fantastic with easy access to I-65 and various dining options. The staff's service was outstanding from check-in to breakfast.

Housekeeping can improve as we encountered some cleanliness issues. The breakfast offerings were not as varied as expected, leaving room for improvement.

Ask for a room on a higher floor for a quieter stay, as noise from the lobby can travel.

i had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. i felt more relaxed than during my last trip to Prattville, with the cozy room and excellent amenities.

the coffee machine was broken.

The Queen room was super spacious and super clean. I loved the cozy vibe, and the beds were really comfy. The WiFi worked great, which was a win for me. Only downside? The coffee machine was broken, so that was a bummer. Other than that, a solid stay!

I loved my stay here! The location is super convenient, right off I-65, with great restaurants and shopping just a hop away. The outdoor swimming pool looked so inviting, and the spacious room made it feel like home away from home!
